THE PRECEPTS OF THE LORD

Scripture Focus… (8) The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure and bright, enlightening the eyes. (9) The [reverent] fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; the ordinances of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. (10) More to be desired are they than gold, even than much fine gold; they are sweeter also than honey and drippings from the honeycomb. (11) Moreover, by them is Your servant warned (reminded, illuminated, and instructed); and in keeping them there is great reward. (12) Who can discern his lapses and errors? Clear me from hidden [and unconscious] faults. (13) Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me! Then shall I be blameless, and I shall be innocent and clear of great transgression. (14) Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my [firm, impenetrable] Rock and my Redeemer. (Ps. 19:8-14 AMP) MAY THE Lord answer you in the day of trouble! May the name of the God of Jacob set you up on high [and defend you]; (2) Send you help from the sanctuary and support, refresh, and strengthen you from Zion. (Ps. 20:1-2 AMP) Communion… (28) Let a man [thoroughly] examine himself, and [only when he has done] so should he eat of the bread and drink of the cup. (29) For anyone who eats and drinks without discriminating and recognizing with due appreciation that [it is Christ's] body, eats and drinks a sentence (a verdict of judgment) upon himself. (30) That [careless and unworthy participation] is the reason many of you are weak and sickly, and quite enough of you have fallen into the sleep of death. (1 Cor. 11:28-30 AMP) (23b) …the Lord Jesus on the night when He was treacherously delivered up and while His betrayal was in progress took bread, (24) And when He had given thanks, He broke [it] and said, Take, eat. This is My body, which is broken for you. Do this to call Me [affectionately] to remembrance. (25) Similarly when supper was ended, He took the cup also, saying, This cup is the new covenant [ratified and established] in My blood. Do this, as often as you drink [it], to call Me [affectionately] to remembrance. (26) For every time you eat this bread and drink this cup, you are representing and signifying and proclaiming the fact of the Lord's death until He comes [again]. (27) So then whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in a way that is unworthy [of Him] will be guilty of [profaning and sinning against] the body and blood of the Lord. (1 Cor. 11:23b-27 AMP) Prayed… As we worshipped the Lord, we prayed the following:
We need a greater manifestation of the glory of God
We hunger to be saturated in His mighty presence individually and corporately
Come Lord Jesus, come
Our past can be past; finished
The Blood of Jesus cleanses us
We are calling for increase, an enlargement
More of You and less of us
There is change and revealing in the Blood
Boldly speak the Word to the lost
Wonder working power of the Blood of Jesus
Working in every member and every part, through the whole Body of Christ
Working in the miraculous
So that Jesus could be seen and glorified
